Here are some of my favourite places to visit and things do here in the Niagara Region.
THE MAID OF THE MIST BOAT TOUR
There are a few nice places in Welland, Ontario to get a good breakfast or lunch. I will be listing them here with my opinion of them. I'll try to give the name, address, telephone number and hours of each business. Any of which could change without me knowing but I'll try to keep up with any changes they make.
THE MARKET CHEF & BISTRO
Located at 69 Hellems Avenue. They're open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. They are closed on Sunday.
This restraunt holds about 16 people in a cozy little building with outdoor patio tables that seats 4 - 8 people. It is operated by a young chef, Andrew, and his wife. The place has a smalltown atmosphere where strangers feel like friends by the time they leave. The food is delicious and the chef tries to make the order exactly the way you want it. The young couple are extremely polite and care about their customers and the quality of food they serve.
